Every part is verified throughout the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy before it reaches our customers.
Our quality process is supported by precision inspection equipment, including a Brown & Sharpe Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Mitutoyo Optical Comparator, Mitutoyo Digital Height Gage, calibrated micrometers, bore gages, thread gages, and other precision measuring instruments. Combined with experienced machinists and documented inspection procedures, these tools help us maintain tight tolerances and deliver dependable results across prototype and production work.
