Precision Laser Engraving

Our shop provides precision lasering services using the Tykma Zetalase XL 20 Watt Fiber Laser, equipped with a ZD-80 Rotary Axis and 3-jaw chuck. This setup supports both 3-axis and 4-axis lasering, enabling high-quality engraving on both flat and cylindrical surfaces. With this advanced technology, we ensure precise, durable markings across various materials to meet the exact specifications of your project.

Our CAD/CAM 3D programming service utilizes Mastercam and SolidWorks to create detailed, accurate designs and optimize machining processes. This advanced service ensures precision and efficiency, providing top-notch results for your complex and custom projects.

Cosmetic Finishing

In addition to our precision machining, we offer a full suite of cosmetic finishing services, making us your one-stop shop for all your production needs. Our comprehensive offerings include anodizing, silk screening, chem film, powder coating, passivation, laser marking, chemical descaling, bead blasting, zinc oxide, lapping, and more. We also handle assembly, kitting, sub-assembly, and hardware and insert press fitting.

At Custom Machining Service we have a large variety of different deburring tools and machines. Everything from your basic hand deburring tool to professional grade bench grinders with dust collection. We also have two Vibratory Deburring Tumblers which allow us to deburr large quantities of parts very quickly.
